Estate Rules & Compliance

Governance & Membership.

 All occupants must register with the estate management or association. Residents must pay association fees or levies as agreed upon. Members are required to comply with decisions made during general meetings or by the estate management board. All disputes should be reported to the management before seeking external intervention.

Utilities & Infrastructure.

 Residents must not tamper with electrical systems, transformers, or communal generators. Water should be used responsibly; illegal connections are prohibited. Any damage to estate property (roads, lights, gates) must be reported and repaired at the resident’s cost. Access & Security Only authorized persons and vehicles are allowed entry. Visitors must be properly logged. The speed limit (e.g., 20 km/h) must be observed within the estate. Parking must be in designated areas; roadside or obstructive parking is prohibited. Residents must comply with all estate security protocols and cooperate with security personnel.
